Site access
Access to our site involves turning at an angle through a gateway. As a result of this, the maximum caravan length which we can accommodate is 6.4m (21ft). The maximum motorhome length which we can accommodate is 7m (24ft).
All pitches are large enough to accommodate one car as well as a tent or caravan. There is no other parking space available.
The size of most of our pitches is 7.4m x 10m (24ft 4in x 32ft).
We have a small number of larger pitches which are 9m x 13.3m (29ft x 40ft); 10m x 10m (32ft x 32ft) and 9m x 10m (29ft x 32ft).
We are required to comply with the legal fire safety requirement for a gap of at least 3m between units. If you are making a reservation with us, it is your responsibility to ensure that your unit does not exceed the following maximum size, unless we have confirmed that a larger pitch is available.
Tent (including guy ropes) - 4m x 8m/ 13ft x 26ft
Caravan (including awning and guy ropes) - 4m x 8m/ 13ft x 26ft.
Motorhome (including awning and guy ropes) - 4m x 8m/ 13ft x 26ft
We reserve the right not to accept any unit which cannot be safely pitched.
All of our pitches are grassed. There are no hard standing pitches.

Arrival Times
Pitches are available any time from 2pm onwards. Please do not arrive before this time since we have no waiting area. If you wish to arrive before 2pm you should book the pitch for the previous day.
The latest time for arrival is dusk.
We ask you to pay the balance for your visit when you arrive.
Departure Times
We ask that pitches are vacated by midday, at the latest, on the day of departure. This allows us time to service the pitches before the next arrivals.
Cancellations
A reservation is a binding contract, and as such you may incur charges if you subsequently cancel or alter your reservation. If we are successful in reselling the pitch for the full period of your cancellation your deposit will be refunded in full, apart from a £10 administration fee.
Refunds
If you depart prior to the end of your booked holiday any refund will be made at our discretion. We do not make refunds for adverse weather conditions.
